rev Jan. 2025
Pricing
· Standard pricing for commissioned work is $1.15 per square inch for watercolor and $1.25 per square inch for acrylic on canvas. Pricing difference reflects the cost of materials.
· Price can increase in certain circumstances. If circumstance is present, artist will inform buyer regarding updated price of artwork before painting is started.
Circumstances may include:
· requested subject matter is complex
· a reference image is not readily available and must be created by artist
· the buyer wishes to combine several reference images into one painting
· buyer requests a canvas painting in a non-standard size, so that canvas must be built by artist

Schedule
· Artist will complete work on a first come, first served basis.
· Commissioned works are given priority over other projects, but other events (such as seasonal markets) may impact the time frame for painting completion.
· Artist may not be able to begin your custom painting immediately if other projects/commissions are currently in progress.
Revisions/Changes
· Buyer will be provided with proposed reference image before painting begins. Buyer may approve or request 2 changes or additions.
· At completion, buyer will be provided with a photograph of finished artwork for approval. At this time, buyer may request 2 changes or additions.

· Shipping is free unless stated otherwise. In uncommon situations, buyer will be asked to pay additional shipping costs. Artist will inform buyer and update price of the artwork before painting has begun.
Examples:
· buyer’s shipping address is international or located in a non-contiguous state or region (Alaska, Hawaii. Puerto Rico, etc.)
· Painting exceeds a certain size or weight
· Size 16x20” or smaller paintings always ship flat. If possible, larger paintings will be rolled to conserve shipping costs.
